Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect with a vision who will design, develop, and implement advanced solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
The ideal candidate possesses in-depth technical knowledge, experience in designing system architectures, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams.
The new member will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our major client, the Vienna City Council. Our work at Data Hiro is integral to the digitalization of Vienna's public services, as we provide the essential database infrastructure for the city's pioneering projects (https://digitales.wien.gv.at/projekte/).
Location?
Remote work with occasional business trips (approximately once every two months, for two days) to collaborate with the client and team in Vienna. Possibility to work from a modern office in Wrocław.

You will be responsible:
You will join a team responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining advanced Data Warehouse systems for the Vienna City Council projects. You will be responsible for designing solution architectures, overseeing implementation, and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will also be involved in:
- Frontend development: Designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications, considering UX/UI principles.
- Backend development: Building robust backend solutions to support frontend applications.
- Data management: Utilizing Dataverse for data management and integrating business logic.
- Integration: Connecting Power Apps with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs to extend functionality.
- Data modeling: Creating and managing data models within Dataverse to support Power Apps.
- Data integration: Ensuring seamless integration of data from various sources in Dataverse.
- Security and compliance: Implementing security measures and adhering to compliance guidelines in data management.
- Power Automate RPA development: Automating recurring business processes.
- Workflow design: Designing and implementing efficient workflows using Power Automate.
- Chatbot development: Designing and implementing chatbots for business processes and user interactions using Copilot Studio.
- Dashboard development: Designing interactive and appealing dashboards for visualizing business data using Power BI.
- Data analysis: Utilizing Power BI for data analysis and generating insights to support business decisions.
- Reporting: Developing reports tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Power Apps with Fabrics: Development using Microsoft Fabrics to enable advanced data processing and analysis.
Main skills:
- Proficiency in the German language at B2/C1 level, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business documentation in German. It's a must, as the documentation and the project language is german.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead and work in a team.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Strong knowledge of integration issues with other systems and data sources.
- Excellent ability to model data and design user interfaces.
Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
Nice to have skills:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
