We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Developer to augment our team.
The new member will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our major client, the Vienna City Council. Our work at Data Hiro is integral to the digitalization of Vienna's public services, as we provide the essential database infrastructure for the city's pioneering projects (https://digitales.wien.gv.at/projekte/).
We are looking for someone to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer. You will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications to meet the specific needs of the organization. We are looking for a creative person with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location?
Remote work with occasional business trips (approximately once every two months, for two days) to collaborate with the client and team in Vienna. Possibility to work from a modern office in Wrocław.

You will be responsible:
You will join a team of experts who are creating, developing and maintaining systems. You will be actively involved in:
- Development and Customization: Programming and customizing Microsoft Dynamics applications according to specific requirements.
- Extension Development: Developing extensions and customizations using Dynamics development tools and technologies.
- Testing and Debugging: Conducting tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of the developed solutions; identifying and fixing errors and problems in the code.
- Documentation and Support: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions; providing user support and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure a coherent and integrated solution; communicating with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and providing updates on project progress.
- Performance Tuning and Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing the performance of Dynamics applications to ensure a smooth user experience; implementing measures to improve application efficiency and speed.
- Security Management: Implementing security measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data within Dynamics applications.
Main skills:
- Excellent English skills at B2 level.
- Knowledge of German at A2/B1 level preferred.
- Good team player.
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ability to create custom solutions and modify existing ones.
- High code quality standards and experience in testing.
- Experience working with Agile.
Nice to have skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
