Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Architect to augment our team. The new member will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our major client, the Vienna City Council.
Our work at Data Hiro is integral to the digitalization of Vienna's public services, as we provide the essential database infrastructure for the city's pioneering projects (https://digitales.wien.gv.at/projekte/).
We are looking for an architect with a vision to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, streamlining business processes and improving efficiency. You will leverage both your technical expertise and your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (e.g., in the healthcare or government sectors) to develop customized solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
Location?
Remote work with occasional business trips (approximately once every two months, for two days) to collaborate with the client and team in Vienna. Possibility to work from a modern office in Wrocław.

You will be responsible:
You will join a team responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining advanced systems for the Vienna City Council projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analysis and Design: Conducting requirements analysis and developing architectural concepts for Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- System Architecture Design: Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
- Implementation and Integration: Leading the implementation of Dynamics solutions and integration with existing systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Consulting: Working closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions; advising project teams and supporting solution development.
- Quality Assurance and Optimization: Conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of developed solutions; identifying optimization potential and implementing improvements.
- Technology Monitoring and Innovation: Observing new trends and technologies in the Microsoft Dynamics field and their potential application within the company.
- Promoting Innovation: Introducing new tools and methods to improve system architecture.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conducting training and workshops for team members to improve their understanding and use of Dynamics solutions; building and maintaining a knowledge database for best practices and technical instructions.
Main skills:
- Excellent English skills at C1 level.
- Knowledge of German at B1/B2 level preferred.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of integration issues with other systems.
- Excellent ability to model data and design user interfaces.
- Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead and work in a team.
Nice to have skills:
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
